5 Channel Pouch Cell Sorting Machine Ⅰ、Introduction The five channel pouch cell sorting machine is an automatic sorting device suitable for pouch battery cells. This device is compatible with multiple battery cell sorting. The device uses an internal resistance tester to test the internal pressure resistance of pouch cells. Based on the parameters set by the upper computer software, each cell's parameters are tested, and different grades of cells are moved to different channels according to the judgment results, thus achieving automatic sorting of cell products (the device has a scanning data storage function). The device consists of a feeding mechanism, a scanning mechanism, a testing mechanism, automatic sorting, etc. The upper computer software is designed and developed according to user requirements to automatically sort and collect cells into their corresponding collectors based on group information.
